nAbout the Opportunity
nDMI, LLC is looking for an experienced Mid-level SQL Database Administrator to manage and maintain our SQL Server databases. This role involves performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management, and supporting development teams.
nnDuties and Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases. n
- Monitor and optimize database performance. n
- Implement backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions. n
- Manage user access and ensure data security. n
- Support developers with T-SQL queries, indexing, and schema design. n
- Plan and perform upgrades and migrations. n
Qualifications
nRequired and Desired Skills/Certifications:
n- n
- 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA. n
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, performance tuning, and database security. n
- Experience with SQL Server tools and monitoring. n
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. n
Preferred Skills/Certifications: :
n- n
- CompTIA Security+ certification n
- Experience with Azure SQL or cloud-based databases. n
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills. n
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate). n
Clearance Requirements: Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance
