Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years of BMC Helix/Remedy development and 6 years of hands-on platform experience
- Expertise with Helix ITSM (19.x+), Digital Workplace Advanced (20.x+), and Catalog (19.x+)
- Strong knowledge of Remedy ITSM architecture, workflows, forms, and ITIL processes
- Experience with BMC Innovation Studio and REST API integrations
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM cross-platform integrations, plus API
