Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55415 Contract Length: 12+ Months Hybrid Work (3 days on site/ 2 days remote)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Administrative support (i.e. ServiceNow platform group/access fulfillment). Exceptional Knowledge article creation and management. ServiceNow dashboards, reporting, and analytics. ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript (especially Glide API), and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for UI customization. Workflow & Automation: Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to create and manage reports, performance analytics, and dashboards. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently. Process Improvement: Skill in analyzing workflows and suggesting automation or optimization. Data Analysis: Understanding of data structures and ability to interpret system data for insights. Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders, translating technical details into business language. Collaboration: Working with developers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintaining system documentation, internal facing playbooks, user guides, and change logs.
