Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Location:

Job Overview: We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our large-scale production machinery. In this hands-on role, you will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform timely repairs to support seamless manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong electro-mechanical background and experience in high-volume production environments.
Shift: 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday, 9:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and servicing on machinery. Clean machines and components, including removal and reinstallation as necessary. Record and report damaged or worn parts for replacement. Order and install replacement parts to minimize production downtime. Diagnose root causes of unexpected breakdowns and implement corrective measures. Swiftly repair machines to ensure continuous production. Support additional facility needs as assigned. Must-Have Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in high-volume production settings (food, beverage, pharma, or packaging industries preferred). Strong electro-mechanical skillset. Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with plant equipment, including MultiVac machines, Latisha ovens, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other food processing machinery. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Technical program training or a college degree.
