Safety equipment supplier needing a Dispatcher for their Midland location.

Job Duties: Answering incoming calls and generating tickets for field techs in a timely manner Closely collaborating with Operations Manager to assign, track, and communicate daily job schedules to techs Acting as the central communication point for job progress, updates, or unexpected changes to serve both technicians and internal departments Handling a high-volume workload while navigating tasks and prioritizing with efficiency Reconciling GPS activity with timesheet system to ensure accurate billing Maintaining and updating the daily Job Hours Report for management Coordinating rig-up/rig-down procedures with the Inventory Control Specialist and Operations Manager Working with Billing Administrator to research and resolve any ticket discrepancies Digitally archive inspection reports and link to field tickets for audit compliance Data entry from tube-pulling inspection into portal Maintaining internal tracking boards, including job boards, certification statuses, and rig assignment Monitoring alarms and redline items via the company app and coordinate necessary dispatches or maintenance jobs Ensuring technicians are on track with training schedules and certifications Sending end-of-shift briefings to management Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dispatching work experience (Oil & Gas preferred) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of rig operations and Oilfield Industry Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Salary: $18.00/hour
