Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is looking for an " Production Planner/Material Planner " based out of
San Diego, CA.
Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $35- $40
Job Summary:
Drive material- and capacity-planning for high-mix, short lead-time Filmetrics product line. Translate master schedules into actionable plans, manage shortages, and ensure on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Master Scheduling to align capacity and build targets Derive material requirements, coordinate part flow via SAP Monitor inventory, lead shortage-review meetings, escalate critical gaps Adjust schedules in response to priority shifts or supply delays Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in production/material planning Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP) and advanced Exce Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
