Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Role: Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking an

experienced Administrative

Coordinator

to join a well-established manufacturing company. This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by handling purchasing, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Process

purchase

orders, invoicing, and shipping/receiving paperwork Order parts and supplies as needed to support production schedules Handle

payroll processing

using Extensus (ADP-type system) Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Provide general administrative support to multiple departments Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Assist with other office duties as assigned Qualifications:

Manufacturing industry experience

strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Previous experience with payroll systems (ADP or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits of Working with PSU:
