Share destination photos with onboard and corporate teams.Work with shipboard IT to support meeting room audiovisual requestsSupport eLearning tablet guest check-out processesRunning day-to-day events of the caféFollow and abide by the rules and regulations of assigned cruise lineMaintain clean, neat, and orderly internet cafés at all timesEnsure proper, secure storage and tablet chargingWork directly with designated shore side digital team members and onboard teams ensure shipboard successSupport onboard APP content updates as neededProvide technical assistance related to iPhones and social media classes as neededOther duties as may be assignedNATURE OF WORK CONTACTSThis position reports directly to the designated shore side digital marketing team member, as well as the General Manager onboard each vessel.
