*Bolla is a premier Wholesale and Retail Motor Fuel (MF) supplier in Metro New York and New Jersey areas. Through our Bolla Transport division the company hauls Motor Fuel in both New York and New Jersey areas. We supply MF to our 200+ locations as well as an additional 100 Wholesale Dealers. It also constructs Ultra-Modern and upscale Gas Stations with C-Stores.*

*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our accounts payable department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.

*Duties*

* Manage the daily operations of the accounts payable department, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of all account's payable transactions. * Identify Capital, other Balance sheet and Operations related costs with accurate coding of accounts * Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. * Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. * Prepare reports on accounts payable metrics for management review. * Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. * Review operating expenses/variance analysis * Review Capital Expenditures/Project costs * Train and mentor accounts payable staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Masters preferred. * Proven experience in an Accounts payable role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. * Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP is a plus. * Experience with high volume transactions in accounts payable * Strong understanding of debits and credits as well as tax regulations related to accounts payable. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. * Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.

Job Summary

* $80,000 to $90,000 per year. * In office attendance, no remote work. * Medical and dental insurance. * Paid time off in vacation and sick days. * 401K.
