We are unable to support relocation costs.**Please do not apply for this position unless you meet the criteria outlined above.**Function background / context:*We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with a background in banking wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. The BA will collaborate with various business units across the bank to ensure the highest standards of risk management and control.The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within our banking client. Its goal is to overhaul the end-to-end wholesale lending process by consolidating all remediation efforts for loan product processing and establishing a standardized target operating model. This involves enhancing processes, controls, and technology to deliver best-in-class processing capabilities that support the bank’s clients.We are seeking an initiative-taking business analyst with experience in wholesale lending to join the Lending Transformation Program Team.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist program planning and coordinate daily activities across multiple workstreams.* Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues affecting program delivery, ensuring mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.* Collaborate with the program lead to align project priorities with strategic objectives and business needs.* Prepare materials for senior management meetings, governance forums, and regulatory bodies.* Review and validate program reporting for accuracy, completeness, and clarity of key information.* Develop and maintain comprehensive program dashboards and reports, working closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their data needs.* Facilitate meetings, including governance sessions, workshops, and working groups.* Ensure adherence to established program processes, standards, and methodologies.* Communicate program status, issues, and risks proactively to stakeholders and governance bodies.* Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver on project objectives.* Apply deep understanding of concepts and procedures within own area, leveraging knowledge of other functional areas to resolve complex issues.* Maintain and update program artifacts such as project plans, benefits realization, stakeholder management, RAID logs, and Critical Success Criteria, supporting timely reporting.* Participate in strategic planning sessions to explore scope evolution or expansion, including process improvements, tooling, and automation initiatives.* Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure transformation outcomes comply with enterprise policies, standards, and controls.* Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, emphasizing the protection of the bank's reputation, assets, and clients by ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, exercising sound ethical judgment, and effectively escalating control issues.*Experience/Skills:** 3-7 years of experience in project management within banking or finance preferred.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.* Advanced ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and highlight inconsistencies.* Proven track record of developing insightful reports, dashboards, and key metrics for senior management using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.* Experience working in fast-paced financial services environments.* PMP or similar certification preferred.* Wholesale lending experience is highly advantageous.* Demonstrated success in delivering process improvements and organizational change.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.* Proactive communicator, capable of managing expectations and providing clear updates.* Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and persuasive.* Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.*\*\*\*The salary range for this role will be $80,000-$120,000\*\*\***Benefits:** Choice of medical, dental, vision insurance.* Voluntary benefits.* Short- and long-term disability.* HSA and FSAs.* Matching 401k.* Discretionary performance bonus.* Employee referral bonus.* Employee assistance program.* 11 public holidays.* 20 days PTO.* PTO buy and sell program.* Volunteer days.* Paid parental leave.* Remote/hybrid work environment support.For more information about BIP US, visit *https://www.bip-group.com/en-us/*.*Equal Employment Opportunity:*It is BIP US Consulting policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on job-related qualifications and ability to perform a job, without regard to age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, citizenship, or marital status, and to maintain a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias based upon these grounds.BIP US provides a reasonable range of compensation for our roles.
