Operation Blessing International (OB) is seeking an experienced Programs Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and technical oversight of health initiatives across our Africa and Latin America programs. This role ensures the implementation of sustainable, transformative health solutionsincluding mobile medical clinics, mosquito prevention, antenatal care, and WASH trainingwhile supporting country teams, managing budgets, guiding program development, and fostering partnerships. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB's Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs. A hybrid work schedule is available. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing or supporting international public health programs, preferably in humanitarian or nonprofit settings Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) strongly preferred Spanish language proficiency preferred Strong understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) methodologies and best practices Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness in cross-cultural environments Proven ability to think critically, conduct research, and provide sound program recommendations Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively train and communicate with diverse audiences Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail Adaptable, resourceful, and innovative with the ability to take initiative in dynamic environments Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Able to perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines Willing and able to travel internationally up to 30% of the year, primarily to Latin America and Africa Committed to serving the poor with a strong Christian faith, in full agreement with Operation Blessing's vision, mission, and values Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Virginia Beach, VA.
