Pipe Welder
We are seeking skilled pipe welders with experience in TIG, MIG, and flux welding to join our team. Our company is a full-service metal fabrication and welding provider, supporting the oil and gas and data center industries. Responsibilities: Read blueprints and drawings, and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures. Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting material with powered saws to match measurements. Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded. Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces securely. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, or overhead. Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps. Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. Essential Skills: Proficiency in weld fabrication. Ability to pass a 6G MIG and TIG test. Experience in MIG, TIG, and pipe welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with setting up welding components according to specifications. Skill in using welding equipment and tools like angle grinders. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
