Structural Welder
Tulsa, OK (Contract to Hire)
We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity offering a structured work environment, competitive benefits, and room for career growth. Key Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures. Select appropriate welding equipment and methods based on job requirements. Set up components for welding, including cutting materials to precise measurements. Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding. Align and clamp components using calipers, rulers, and other tools. Perform manual or semi-automatic welding in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead). Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures for flaws. Maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Essential Skills
Proficiency in Mig and Flux core welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately. Skilled in 3G (vertical) position welding. Knowledge of setting amperage and voltage on welding machines. Ability to grind welds effectively. Additional Qualifications Experience in fabrication and production environments. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
