Lead and support HR initiatives aligned with business goals and workforce needs Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and development Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated success in HR leadership roles within a unionized environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution Deep understanding of unions, employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial setting (at a cement plant). Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach are key to success. What We Offer
