Our client, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Chicago. This second-shift role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while advancing your career in logistics. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in logistics or related fields. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
Manage transportation logistics using a Transportation Management System (TMS)
track shipments, update events, and resolve delivery issues in real time Deliver top-notch customer service by handling inquiries via phone and email, ensuring quick and effective resolutions Accurately process and upload customer paperwork to maintain compliance and efficiency Assist with carrier sourcing and compliance, supporting smooth freight operations Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to streamline logistics and enhance customer experience Conduct basic analytics and data gathering to support operational decision-making Maintain organized customer records for compliance and internal tracking Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
