The Foreign Trade Zone Administrator is responsible for ensuring site compliance with FTZ regulations, managing active inventory within the zone, and facilitating trade activities. The FTZ Administrator oversees all aspects of FTZ operations, interacting with internal teams, external partners, and U.S. Customs. The FTZ Administrator participates in regulatory visits and audits as well as maintains all records pertaining to the zone. This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You'll Work On Ensure business compliance to FTZ regulations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, and other relevant trade laws. Oversee distribution and inventory control of goods within the FTZ, including maintaining records and reconciling both raw material and finished goods inventory. Ensure all recommendations from Customs are adhered to while the zone is active as well as uphold any Abbott policies. Prepare and submit required Customs forms, annual reports, and other supporting documentation. Facilitate recurring FTZ business update meetings with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear action items, follow-ups, and meeting minutes. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and U.S. Customs regarding FTZ operations. Maintain education on changes in US Customs regulations and support business compliance with agency requirements and/or recommendations. Assisting with audits and other compliance-related activities. Report pertinent information to both internal customers and suppliers to keep them apprised and to prevent problems. Validate FTZ data against actual documentation as needed to ensure the accuracy of integration and information. Maintain record keeping as necessary for site upkeep of Foreign Trade Zone Requirements. Support optimization of FTZ operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Update site procedures as needed for compliance purposes. You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years Understanding of Foreign Trade Zone regulations, import/export procedures, and U.S. Customs compliance Experience with inventory management, receiving, shipping, and transactions that affect material flow Proficiency in Excel, PowerBi BI, ERP/WMS systems, and trade documentation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrates the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a rapidly evolving environment, maintaining high performance and productivity under pressure. The base pay for this position is $60,000.00

$120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
