The Role Vibee is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Ticketing to own the end-to-end ticketing lifecycle for all Vibee events worldwide. You will architect ticketing strategy, optimize inventory and pricing, and ensure flawless on sale and onsite executiondriving revenue while delivering an exceptional fan experience. Leading a high-performing team of Ticketing Managers/Coordinators, you will collaborate daily with Executive Leadership, Partnerships, Fan Experience, Production, Finance, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to translate business goals into ticketing solutions. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Operations. This is not a remote position and is based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a hybrid position and is based in office, and on site at various activations. Responsibilities Ticketing Strategy & Revenue Optimization Develop holistic ticketing strategiesincluding package mix, price tiers, and promotional cadenceto maximize revenue, sell-through, and guest satisfaction Partner with Finance to build and iterate event proformas, recommending dynamic pricing or yield-management tactics Partner with the Properties team to align hotel inventory management with box office operations, enabling seamless bundling of accommodations, tickets, and experience packages Inventory Planning, Allocation, and Event Builds Translate event proformas into detailed ticket-type and package allocations; manage live inventory holds, releases, and swaps across all channels Monitor pick-up vs. pace, adjusting allocations in real time to balance hotel attrition deadlines and other cost exposures Build and manage events on the Vibee platform Build and manage seat maps and selection tools on partner API platforms Facilitate and oversee the setup of events on partner platforms (Ticketmaster, Universe, AXS, etc), as and when required Onsale & Presale Execution Design, document, and enforce on sale "run-of-show" proceduresincluding queue configuration, verification steps, load-testing, and contingency plans Partner with Marketing & Communications to ensure accurate messaging, codes, and launch timelines across all presale segments Reporting, Analytics & Insights Build and own dashboards that surface and aggregate daily sales, velocity, and inventory health; provide actionable insights to leadership Communicate with required artist and venue partners on ticket sales counts, open inventory, and returns Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary ticketing liaison for Production, Partnerships, Talent/Artist Relations, Fan Experience, and Finance Provide timely allocations for sponsorship, marketing, artist/talent, and production needs; oversee audit trail for all transfers and comps Partner with venue box offices on guest services, issues management, ticket sell-throughs, and all related ticketing tasks Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, onboard and train various team members Direct, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Ticketing Managers and Coordinators (seasonal and full time); set OKRs and professional development plans Champion SOP discipline, documentation, and continuous improvement across all ticketing workflows Onsite Box Office & Guest Services Scope staffing models, recruit and train temporary box-office teams, as required, and supervise onsite ticketing operations (domestic & international) Troubleshoot escalated guest issues in partnership with Fan Experience; ensure PCI compliance and accurate settlement reporting Platform Expertise & Stakeholder Management Maintain expert-level knowledge of Vibee's proprietary sales platform and integrated third-party ticketing systems Collaborate with Platform Product & Engineering teamsprioritizing ticketing feature requests, testing releases, and flagging bugswithout direct responsibility for platform development Special Projects and Related Tasks Lead post-mortem analyses and recommend commercial or process improvements Execute other initiatives as assigned by senior leadership Provide ad hoc project support for special initiatives Other related duties as assigned Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the music, concert, and/or event industry Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience Excellent inventory and project management skills Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply ticketing strategies to out-of-the-box, high pressure situations Outstanding reporting and analysis skills Impeccable organizational skills Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and Asana Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small Superior oral and written communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends, as required Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines Work Environment Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments May work in drastic temperature climates Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines Must be willing and able to travel extensively both domestically and abroad Must be able to continuously stand or walk Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces Position will expose candidate to sensitive company information and so must maintain strict confidentiality Must exercise the utmost discretion in dealing with staff, vendors, and business associates regarding sensitive matters Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Vibee for a visa.
