We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the sales efforts of our Account Executive team. The SDR will play a crucial role in lead generation and client outreach, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow in sales, with a passion for sustainability and technology. This position is 100% on-site in San Ramon, CA. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, corporations, and property owners that could benefit from Beewise's Beehome placements. Outbound Outreach : Initiate contact with leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings for Account Executives. Qualifying Leads : Assess the potential of inbound and outbound leads to ensure they align with Beewise's target audience and sustainability goals. CRM Management : Keep detailed records of all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in CRM systems, ensuring all lead data is accurate and up-to-date. Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts. Follow-Up : Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and track lead progress. Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate sustainability initiatives that could lead to new business opportunities. Qualifications

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B or sustainability-focused environment. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred. Sales Skills : Strong ability to research prospects, initiate conversations, and build initial client relationships. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling outreach materials. CRM Familiarity : Experience using CRM tools for managing leads and tracking outreach efforts. Team Player : Ability to work closely with the sales team, taking direction and offering insights to help improve overall processes. Passion for Sustainability : A genuine interest in environmental sustainability, beekeeping, or related fields.
