Hiring Production Worker in Hurlock, MD
Join our team and work in a dynamic production environment where you will be involved in producing food products. You will be part of a team that handles tasks such as boxing, stacking, loading, unloading, and palletizing products on production lines. Responsibilities
Work on production lines boxing and stacking products. Load and unload products into machines. Palletize and wrap products. Handle boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, loading them onto machines or stacking them on pallets. Feed empty glass bottles into production machines. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area throughout the day. Follow all GMP practices. Essential Skills
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds. Capability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts. Ability to work collaboratively on a production line. Adaptability to work on a high-speed production line. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work in a bustling food manufacturing environment with varying temperaturescold in winter and warm in summer. The facility lacks air conditioning or heating, and machines may emit heat. Be prepared to work around strong food smells, such as garlic and jalapenos. Shifts are either 10 or 12 hours long, requiring stamina for standing long hours. Proper attire includes gloves, hair nets, ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots. Temporary workers wear royal blue shirts, with two provided at the start. Work alongside a diverse team, with many colleagues speaking Spanish or Haitian Creole. Facilities include a locker for personal belongings and a break room equipped with microwaves and vending machines. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
