Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting tasks. This role involves working with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and assisting in the disassembly and assembly of electrical components. You will also be involved in the fabrication of welded structures, machines, and spare parts, as well as performing installations and repairs on existing machinery. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring 480V 3 phase motors and multimeter testing. Conduct PLC troubleshooting with Siemens and older systems. Assist in troubleshooting equipment systems with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. Fabricate welded structures, machines, and spare parts using processing machines. Assemble jigs and machines according to drawings, sketches, samples, or instructions. Perform welding, cutting, and grinding to repair and modify machinery. Install and align new machinery. Repair presses, gearboxes, and facility as needed. Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and work orders as directed. Apply proper Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) and other safety procedures. Follow proper procedures when pulling parts from stores. Instruct and communicate positively with operators and setup personnel. Support documentation activities and perform 5S activities. Ensure total quality of products and services and authorize work stoppage when nonconformance is noted. Perform assigned quality system functions as specified in QMS procedures. Observe established EHS regulations and procedures. Essential Skills

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. PLC troubleshooting with Siemens or similar systems. Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics. 480V 3 phase electrical troubleshooting. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $74880.00/yr. Medical Insurance plan options.
