Government Analyst I position in the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program, Business Technology Office, Solutions Support Unit. The incumbent serves as the liaison between telecommunications vendors and GTA, handling purchases and resolving issues related to cellular devices, and also acts as the gatekeeper for all VPN and ShareFile accounts, submitting requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring and tracking agency-issued cell phones and MiFi devices assigned to program personnel across GTA, performing administrative updates within Kurmi for the GTA VoIP system, and monitoring monthly termination reports to ensure the timely removal of accounts and the return of cellular equipment. Minimum Requirements: Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue. Two years of experience within the Florida Department of Revenue purchasing program, rules and regulations. Experience researching system issues and implementing resolutions. Experience with the Florida Department of Revenue inventory system. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience setting up iPhones.
