Customer Support Specialist

This position is responsible for providing various support activities to the Services business. This includes leading efforts to coordinate and schedule Preventative Maintenance service appointments with customers in addition to providing various customer service activities within the Service team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face Hold accountability for the sale and maintenance of new and existing service contracts Recommend changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments Manage field service scheduling, coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales and service efforts Manage return of customer and loaner analyzers and parts Manage XOS loaner fleet Manage field service inventory levels The essential requirements of the job include: A strong customer service and sales mindset, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, as well as sales and service teams globally Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access Self-motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 13 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 13 years of sales experience (preferred) Experience in scheduling and communicating with customers Exposure to working in a technical or industrial environment Strong verbal and written communication skills XOS is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
