Sales Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist, hybrid in Loveland, CO. This role will be Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4PM. In this role, a typical day will look like: Prepare and process quotes, assist with quotes to orders. Accurate and timely completion of requests from sales team to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM, including opportunity management. Gather/confirm information needed so order entry can enter customer orders into the company's order entry system. Researching sales credit change and account ownership requests, including seeking approvals and completing necessary templates and spreadsheets. Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders and billings. Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.). Assist Divisional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers. The essential requirements of the job include: High School diploma or equivalent Previous ERP and CRM systems experience a plus Knowledge of customer support processes (i.e., pricing, products, returns, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a "customer-centered" attitude. Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities.
