Who will contribute to the growth of CMS by signing new name clients to the CMS service and working with existing clients for additional revenue opportunities. Responsibilities & Deliverables: This role requires both following up on new business sales leads as well as generating and qualifying your own leads. The candidate would be responsible to seeing the deal through to closure, via meetings, product demonstrations, contract negotiations. There is also an element of account management responsibility - to keep contact with existing buy-side customers and ensure that they are using the service to its maximum potential and are happy with the service. The role will also require working closely with the existing tier 1 bank customers with the remit of expanding client coverage. Both the account management and new business sales responsibilities carry the same goal of increasing transaction volume and revenue for the products and services in the Americas region. Required Experience: The candidate will need to be able to operate with a good deal of independence. The candidate also needs to be prepared to travel, with the role covering the whole of Americas region. The candidate will need to be experienced and confident in delivering presentations, and be fully competent on Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Some experience of using CRM/Sales Management software would be ideal. Previous experience of working with or selling to the buy-side would be a major advantage. Other high-level requirements/ideals are as follows: Sales and/or account management experience; Experience managing/selling to the buy-side market; Exposure to the foreign exchange market; Exposure to/familiar with corporate treasury; Familiar with corporate treasury management systems; Familiar with Fund Manager Order/Portfolio Management systems; Familiar with fund management middle/back office FX operations; Prepared to travel (this role covers all of Americas region): Familiar with electronic FX trade execution platforms; Exposure/experience of banking back office/operations; Familiar with the FX post-trade confirmation matching process.
