Insider Threat Analytical Lead

protecting our national security. KBR seeks an Insider Threat Analytics Lead, who is experienced with managing and leading a team to ensure effective threat analysis and response. You develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and practices. What You'll Do: Lead all analytical efforts related to the development of new policies, models, tools, and dashboards in support of insider threat analysis Complete reports and special analytical projects and present analysis in the form of briefings on the protection and risk posed Facilitate and support the real-time coordination and response deconfliction of active insider threats through the Insider Threat Analysis Team process Track Insider Threat Analysis and Countermeasures (ITAC) leads and reports via an established case management system Collaborate across the analytical team to develop innovative Insider Threat capabilities Other duties as assigned What You Need to Have - Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with polygraph Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 15 years of experience CISSP and appropriate ND 50-05 certification 10 years combined expertise in Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat Experience with managing a team and independently prioritizing resources Experience with host-based insider threat detection tools and advanced analytical tools, and methodologies Experience with enterprise-level software analysis tools used to analyze large data sets Experience with Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Information Assurance, Personnel Security, and or Law Enforcement Experience with data analytics, leveraging software applications and tools to meet customer requirements, and/or behavioral science as applied to Counterintelligence, Information Assurance, Insider Threat, Personnel Security, and/or Law Enforcement Ability to travel Desired Qualifications: Degree in relevant area, such as Business, Security Studies, Computer Science, Behavioral Science or Criminal Justice Current CERT Insider Threat Manager Certification or CDSE Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional Certification (CCITP-F) or (CCITP-A) Strong people skills to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership KBR offers a best-in-class total compensation and benefits package including a 401k plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
