IT Tech Operations Specialist
to support core internal systems and toolsets. This is a
contract-to-hire
opportunity for someone who enjoys working in secure, fast-moving environments and wants long-term growth into QA, infrastructure, or product. Administer core SaaS platforms (user access, provisioning, tooling) Own Okta identity management & SaaS integrations Run internal IT operations: onboarding, license purchasing, background admin Support QA processes across internal and external tech platforms Assist with compliance workflows (SOC2, DoD, CMMC2.0 aligned) Collaborate with engineering + security to optimize tooling setup What You’ll Need 1–4 years in IT support, helpdesk, sysadmin or SaaS admin Experience with
Okta integrations and lifecycle management Prior experience in a
DoD, federal, or public sector environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable following technical playbooks and adapting fast US Citizen
and
based in Eastern Time Zone Exposure to QA / software testing Experience supporting SOC2 or CMMC2.0 workflows Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) Familiarity with: Atlassian, Office 365, GitHub, BambooHR, Slack, etc. Contract-to-Hire Long-term growth potential into product, infra, or engineering ops Seniority level
