What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be As a Senior Site Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Site Technical Manager, assisting with the end-to-end delivery of engineering and maintenance needs at the Unilever operation in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you will help manage the seamless implementation of projects throughout the site, support factory infrastructure, and operational reliability for the factory. This includes coordinating day-to-day engagement with various stakeholders, managing contractors, ensuring construction safety, overseeing budget management, and scheduling staff. You will support Unilever Manufacturing Standards (UMS) through key pillars, including Early Equipment Management (EEM) and Planned Maintenance (PM). This position reports to the Site Technical Manager at the Jefferson City factory. What You Will Need To Succeed Essential: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering discipline 5+ years of experience of Electrical & Controls Engineering 5+ year experience with NEC/NFPA/OSHA & other relevant compliance standards 1+ years of operating in a management capacity High/Medium/Low voltage power distribution/switchgear design & maintenance Experience in factory utilities & infrastructure

boilers, air compressors, HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, water filtration & reverse osmosis systems. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate several moderate level projects simultaneously with multi-discipline trades Effective problem solver and communicator with the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity Significant Project Management experience Strong collaborator who is a positive team player Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Autonomous, results driven and accountable for own actions and takes ownership of decisions US/International Travel 10% Desired: PMP Certification Subject Matter Expert in Power Distribution Electrical Technical Specifications Development & Implementation Controls and Automation/Ladder Logic Programming Working knowledge of IT networking & Server Infrastructure Variable Frequency Drives AutoCAD Experience What We Can Offer You The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
