Additional Details: Authorization to work in the United States is required. The Office of Administration, ITSD, will not sponsor work visas. The salary is a base pay rate; pay differentials may be added based on shift, security, or years of service. Responsibilities: Develop new web Java applications using Scrum. Refine and estimate Product Backlog Items. Write and update technical specifications. Coordinate with agency staff on tickets and requests. Utilize Java, J2EE, DB2, SQL, HTML, CSS, MVC, Bootstrap, Web Application Security, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Struts. Use Azure DevOps. Communicate effectively and analyze technical issues. Understand Scrum framework and process improvements. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. Successful background checks are required. Qualifications: Knowledge of the supported business area, ability to understand client needs, resolve programming issues, respond to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively.
