Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst

As a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst, you are experienced with providing all-source analytic support to operations; aiding investigations, assessing & identifying CI threats and fulfilling critical intelligence requirements. Perform research, analysis and coordination regarding threats to: The Customer's industrial partner facilities, government facilities, technologies, programs, and personnel. Research, review, examine, evaluate, integrate, interpret and analyze Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) threats to critical Customer-designated facilities, programs, technologies, personnel, and supply chain. Perform on-going reviews of intelligence and open-source information and conduct the analysis required to develop new and/or update previous analytical products. Conduct research and analysis of a variety of CI threats impacting Customer resources. Produce tailored threat awareness briefings. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: What You Need to Have Active TS/SCI with polygraph Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree with additional equivalent years of experience. Experience conducting all-source research & analysis including the production of finished intelligence. Production in one or more of the following areas: Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) Operations; Information Operations, Counterespionage, and Economic/Industrial Espionage; Technology Protection and Illicit Technology Transfer; CI investigations support; Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM); Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) Experience in Counterintelligence and interaction with one or more of the following disciplines: Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, Space/counterspace Experience with analytical tools and methodologies such as link analysis, timelines, casual loop analysis, and risk management analysis Knowledge of security practices to safeguard classified information and DoD Intelligence Oversight policies Knowledge and experience of basic analytical tradecraft, to include, but not limited to: accessing and processing data from common classified and open-source research tools, evaluation disparate data sets and conflicting data sources, recognizing and countering bias, integrating competing information and dissenting opinions to generate a unit level perspective, and applying structured analytic techniques Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Customer satellite systems and technologies Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience Degree in relevant area, such as Foreign Area Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, History, Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, Space Systems, or Political Science Strong people skills to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership KBR offers a best-in-class total compensation and benefits package including a 401k plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
