EW Warfare Sme/Spectrum Operations
PPC seeks EW professionals to provide subject matter expertise for the Navy and Marine Corp Spectrum Center (NMSC) and Naval Information Warfighting Development Center, Tactics Instructor (WTI) Program. SMEs will provide support for Advanced Tactics Training, support of Development of Doctrine, Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Fleet Concept of Operations (CONOPS). SMEs support training customers afloat and ashore to include Strike Group Commanders, Amphibious Readiness Commanders, unit commanders, Numbered Fleet Commanders (NFC), Combatant Commanders (CDDR), WDCs, NWDC, and Naval War College (NWC). SMEs will support real world combat contingencies, planning requirements, day-to-day presence operations, Navy/Joint exercises and Fleet experimentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate traits that align with PatchPlus' guiding principles

Develop, deliver and maintain EMW and EMSO instructional materials for multiple WTI courses Support selection and screening of prospective WTI candidates Support integration with other warfare communities and WDCs to optimize advanced training exercises and objectives in the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). This integration will include strong technical and doctrinal alignment during live, virtual, and constructive classroom, pier-side, and underway training events. Assess other opportunities for training from the Joint/Department of Defense and other service entities. Support the IW Commander (IWC) Afloat training pipeline, and expand training requirements into other critical IWC staff billets. Use Fleet experimentation results to guide efforts and explore potential options for experimenting with the IWC construct at the Fleet Maritime Operational Centers (MOC). Support development of Live, Virtual, and Constructive training capabilities for networked EW/EMW mission area enclaves. Develop and implement the EMSO Certification to support the Spectrum Superiority Strategy Implementation Plan Review and make recommendations for updates and revisions to doctrine, policy and TTPs. US Citizenship TOP SECRET (add SCI) Security clearance Bachelor's Degree -or- Ten (10) years of experience in work related to duties listed above Operational/Afloat EW, EMSO, or Spectrum Management WTI (Highly preferred) Instructor qualification (service equivalent) RTSO/ SEMCIP/STAN EMSO Cell qualification Preferred Qualifications: Warfighting Development Center experience LVC experience Curriculum development Navy training organization experience (WDC, IWTG, ATG, CSG 4/15) Program/project management experience Doctrine, TTP development Data collection and analysis experience Sharepoint Additional Comments: Offers contingent on contract award Start date August 2025 Must be physically able to go onboard US Naval vessels
