Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for performing alignments and adjustments on machinery, general facility maintenance, and regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines. Responsibilities
Perform alignments and adjustments on machinery. Conduct general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues related to CNC equipment. Calibrate and align CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy. Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled systems to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot and repair PLC issues, including wiring, programming, and sensor malfunctions. Maintain and repair welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders. Essential Skills
3+ years of maintenance experience. 3+ years of CNC repair experience. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Strong knowledge in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, CNC, and electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is a plus. Why Work Here?

This is a direct placement role on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 AM, with potential overtime until 1:00 AM and occasional Saturday shifts (3 out of every 6 Saturdays). Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks. The position offers union pay and benefits after 90 days, with a starting wage of $30.35/hr plus a $0.55 shift differential. The work environment includes handling custom hoists and hydraulic cylinders for various industrial applications. Job Type & Location
