Maintenance Mechanic
Perform general diagnostics and repairs on CNC turning and milling machines, manual manufacturing machines, and support plant infrastructure repairs which may include heating, ventilation, lighting, compressors, motors, and other mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Engage in preventive maintenance as assigned, such as cleaning and inspecting company equipment based on work orders generated by the company CMMS. Utilize technical documents and OEM equipment manuals to identify equipment failures and order replacement parts as needed. Assist in performing alignments of CNC spindles, turrets, and tail stocks, as well as periodic machine alignment and leveling. Collaborate with the production team to support continuous improvement by developing PM instructions and schedules to prevent recurring failures. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair CNC turning and milling machines and manual manufacturing machines. Maintenance experience on CNC or metal fabrication equipment. 3+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience. 2+ years of teardown, repair, and troubleshooting experience. 1+ year of experience with Ladder logic, PLC troubleshooting, and reading blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with grinders. Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures. Why Work Here?

Work in a busy, loud, and non-climate-controlled shop environment. The facility requires wearing client-supplied uniforms, steel toes, and safety glasses on the floor. The position follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. Located in Racine, WI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
