We are looking for Healthcare Program Managers to join our West Coast team. As a Healthcare Program Manager you'll be responsible for ESFP program execution, management and strategy for all aspects of Entitlement, Master Planning, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Activation and Stabilization. This will also include overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments and will manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives. We'll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects. You'll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders and coordinate with Control Manager for proper posting in the reporting program. As the Program Manager, you'll manage resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements; and review status and monitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting. Additionally, you'll attend assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress and document meetings as necessary. - Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of healthcare and significant related experience. - 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience with healthcare buildings - Proven experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million - Proven experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development - Strong networks and relationships in the healthcare market in various geographies - Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building Ideally, you'll also have: - You have multiple Delivery Methods execution: Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, Design Assist and Multi Prime Delivery experience - Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification #BIA #WestPMCM Posted Salary Range

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
