Accounts Payable Lead
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable processes. This role involves managing high-volume transactions, particularly those related to raw materials, equipment, and logistics. The ideal candidate will supervise, train, and mentor AP staff while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes in SAP, ensuring accurate invoice processing, three-way matching (PO, invoice, and goods receipt), and timely payments. Manage high-volume transactions, particularly those related to raw materials, equipment, and logistics. Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, track purchase orders, and ensure smooth invoice processing. Manage vendor relationships, handle escalations, and address payment disputes efficiently. Ensure the timely processing of freight, transportation, and raw material invoices to maintain seamless business operations. Essential Skills
Minimum 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience with SAP AP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO) for invoice management preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Pay and Benefits
