What You'll Do as a Machine Operator: Set up and adjust machinery for wrapping and packaging fresh baked products Ensure proper slicing, handling, and packaging to meet quality standards Check and maintain correct labeling and coding Replenish packaging supplies and keep your area clean and organized Work safely and efficiently as part of a high-performance team Work Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Experience in a food production environment Ability to meet CDC Food Handling and safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Able to read, understand, and follow production schedules in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food-safe environment Willingness to work overtime when needed We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
