Specific Summary of Duties: Channel Management (40%): Manage advertising posting schedules Update RiseVision (flatscreens) in a timely manner Print and post ad materials in elevators & throughout campus Measure and analyze channel performance Ensign Essentials (20%): Write and publish weekly campus-wide email using Constant Contact Coordinate with clients/stakeholders Gather event information Maintain brand standards Maintain email lists Measure and analyzing channel performance Project Management (30%): Utilize project management tools, specifically Asana, to track and communicate project progress Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing projects. Respond to emails quickly and professionally. Following up with stakeholders and project members to be sure project is delivered on time and accurately. Other Responsibilities (10%): Assist with graphic design updates & edits File management- digital & physical Deliver orders, including business cards and other print materials. Edit marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator or Canva. Job Qualifications: Familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana. If not familiar, willing to learn. Strong writing skills. Able to convey accurate information succinctly. Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written. Highly self-motivated, hard worker, creative, has a great attention to detail, and communicates well. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with the supervisor, team members, faculty, and staff. Ability to solve problems and ask for clarification as needed. Ability to bend, lift 40 lbs, climb stairs, and perform other physical tasks associated with sign changes. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Be currently enrolled as an Ensign College student taking at least 3 credits per block and in good academic standing. Student Employees are eligible to work on campus in a part time capacity according to Ensign College Student Employment Policy. Hours: 15-19 hours a week during semester and the starting wage for all student employees is $14.00 per hour with the possibility of $.25 rate increase each semester of continued work based on merit.
