The individual in this role will assist with setups, set up or learn to set up and run press brakes within the fabrication department. The machines are primarily Cincinnati, Amanda, and other metal forming machines such as LVD Strippit turrets. Responsibilities
Assist with setups or set up and run press brakes in the fabrication department. Operate Cincinnati, Amanda, and other metal forming machines like LVD Strippit turrets. Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Perform inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Understand and apply bends and allowances in operations. Essential Skills
2+ years of press brake experience, including light setup or tool changes. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for inspection. Strong knowledge of bends and allowances. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine operation, specifically brake press machines and laser operation. Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and use tape measures. Assembly skills and ability to work with laser technology. Why Work Here?
