The role you'll contribute: As a member of the organization's leadership team, provide operational leadership, oversight and a collaborative spirit ensuring that AdventHealth's Christian identity, mission and core values and Mission Integration priorities are effectively communicated and integrated into all facets of the organization. Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that support the faith-based culture of the Hospital; including ethics formation, spiritual care of staff and patients, leadership ministry formation, core values education, engagement of faith communities, global ministries community benefit program development and implementation and strengthening and developing partnerships with community stakeholders. Works in close collaboration with the Regional Vice President of Mission Integration to preserve and enhance the identity and heritage of the Sponsors while engendering systemic mission alignment. The value you'll bring to the team: Work with President/CEO and Group VP Mission Integration to implement the Enterprise Mission Integration Plan and assess organizational progression. In collaboration with Regional Director of Community Health, support and collaborate with Community Health and Well-Being planning and development to ensure alignment with the AdventHealth corporate and regional priorities. Operational responsibility for Spiritual Care Services and workplace spirituality; collaborate with Group Mission leaders for shared planning and priority determination. In collaboration with Regional VP of Mission, provide clarity and facilitate understanding and interpretation of AdventHealth's faith traditions, values and ethics. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Master's degree 3 years of work experience Ordained Minister (ORDM) Commissioned, licensed or ordained minister of the Seventh day Adventist Church CPE Certification within 180 Days Member of the Seventh day Adventist Church Preferred qualifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care.
