Quality Improvement Coordinator

The value you'll bring to the team: Provide reports on major variances, improvement opportunities, monitoring information, and quality indicators. Facilitate teams for planning and development of clinical quality initiatives. Assist in the coordination and implementation of patient safety, regulatory, patient experience, infection prevention or other identified needs of the quality program as supervisor directs. Support development, implementation and ongoing improvement of clinical quality initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required. CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Required.
