Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Control Representative to support the MH-139 program at FE Warren AFB. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of managing aircraft maintenance operations across multiple shifts in a dynamic and mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, and oversee maintenance, repair, and release activities for MH-139 aircraft. Supervise and direct maintenance operations on assigned shifts to meet daily flight schedules. Perform inspections and certify that all maintenance activities are completed accurately and in compliance with standards. Manage Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries and ensure proper documentation. Execute maintenance control responsibilities, including configuration management and release for flight. Support detachment operations and be available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Prioritize workloads to meet project timelines and operational readiness. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including configuration management and flight release. At least 5 years of experience in operational and organizational maintenance or flight operations. Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and travel as needed. O-Level maintenance experience. Familiarity with the Exceptional Release process. Preferred Qualifications
Certification or experience with Exceptional Release or Safe for Flight procedures. Hands-on experience with MH-139/AW139 aircraft systems. Strong knowledge of AFI 21-101, related AFIs, OIs, and Command Directives. Expertise in 781 Series Aircraft Forms. Background in military aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Work Environment
May involve working in environments with exposure to noise, dust, dirt, and varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind). Education & Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience (e.g., 10+ years of direct experience) will also be considered.
