Fabricator
The Fabricator performs all duties and responsibilities with a strong emphasis on safety. This role involves operating various sheet metal machines, including brakes, lasers, deburring machines, shears, notches, and turret punching machines. The Fabricator receives work orders and prints, performs shop calculations, and works from complex drawings, templates, and specifications. Using a variety of machines, hand tools, and measuring instruments, the Fabricator cuts and forms pieces to required dimensions, ensuring precision and accuracy in all operations. Responsibilities
Operate sheet metal machines such as brakes, lasers, deburring machines, shears, notches, and turret punching machines. Receive and interpret work orders, prints, and shop calculations. Work from complex drawings, templates, and specifications to fabricate sheet metal parts. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and maintain close tolerances. Monitor machines for proper operation at all times. Collaborate with team members and other departments. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills
Experience with press brakes, machine operation, and punch presses. Ability to fabricate sheet metal parts using various machines. Knowledge of shop mathematics. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift. High degree of attention, mental alertness, and care to ensure safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a job shop environment. Ability to work in a climate-controlled setting with a small team of approximately 15 people. Why Work Here?

The work environment is a climate-controlled job shop with a small team of 15 people. The setting is extremely clean with all equipment being very new. There are three shifts available: 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday, 6am to 3:30pm), 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:15pm to 1:45am), and Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 6am-3:30pm, paid for 40 hours). The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
