We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our team and ensure the accurate processing of payroll information. The Payroll Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate payroll data in our systems, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input employee payroll information including hours worked, pay rates, deductions, bonuses, and benefits Maintain and update payroll records and databases Verify and reconcile payroll data from timekeeping systems Assist in preparing payroll reports for management Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data Collaborate with HR and accounting departments as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred 1+ year of experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support (preferred) Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) a plus Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bilingual Work Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM
4 PM $18-$22 per hour Benefits -health insurance Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
