Absolut Care Aurora Park Skilled Nursing and Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our interdisciplinary care team. If you have a degree in social work or a related field and a passion for helping others, we'll provide the support and training you need to growno prior experience required. Responsibilities: Assist residents and families with social, emotional, and discharge planning needs. Help complete psychosocial assessments and care plans. Support communication between residents, families, and facility staff. Participate in resident care conferences and care team meetings. Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and community resource referrals. Advocate for residents' rights and well-being. Qualifications: Interest in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field required. No prior experience requiredentry-level applicants welcome! Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, patient, and able to build trust with residents and families.
