We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at the client site in Baltimore, MD, you'll be responsible for managing several miscellaneous projects simultaneously ranging from $50k to $5 million from inception to close-out. As the onsite Owner's Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our team achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive. Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role. Here's what you'll need: Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology Experience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project delivery OSHA 10 Certification Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationship Ideally, you'll also have: Renovation experience Higher education experience This position does not provide sponsorship. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
