Job Summary
Under moderate supervision, coordinates care and performs direct care for an assigned group of patients in an ambulatory setting. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and provides for the customer's needs using the "I CARE" principles. Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor's of Nursing preferred from CCNE accredited schools. 3-5 years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License. American Heart Association CPR Certification. ACLS preferred. Certified Diabetes Educator preferred.
