Instructional Systems Designer
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in developing engaging and effective learning materials tailored to diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design to create innovative solutions within the media industry. Responsibilities: Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning content, manuals, and videos, to meet organizational training needs. Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging content. Apply instructional systems design principles to analyze training requirements and develop appropriate learning strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials. Conduct evaluations of instructional materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives. Develop instructional videos and other multimedia content to enhance learner engagement. Maintain consistency in design standards and ensure materials are visually appealing and user-friendly. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and integrate them into projects. Provide support and guidance during the implementation of training programs. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards throughout the development process. Requirements: Proven experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of developed materials. Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. Solid understanding of instructional systems design principles and best practices. Experience creating instructional videos and multimedia content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to analyze training needs and develop customized learning solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality materials. Familiarity with the media industry is a plus, but not required.
