Director Of Real Estate
We are a fast-growing, performance-driven real estate company seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Real Estate. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth across sales and marketing, improving operational systems, and developing high-performing professionals across multiple functions. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, structure, and success of our real estate divisions, from recruiting and onboarding to driving sales and ensuring compliance. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, operations, and administrative functions Establish a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, accountability systems, and consistent coaching Drive recruitment, onboarding, and career development of internal staff and licensed professionals Create an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and oversee sales strategies to drive client acquisition, listings, and transaction volume Collaborate with marketing to launch high-impact campaigns and maintain brand consistency Analyze lead flow, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics to optimize team performance Support the execution of listing processes, client outreach, and reputation management Operational Oversight
Oversee transaction workflows, CRM systems, compliance protocols, and internal reporting Ensure all client-facing processes meet legal, ethical, and brokerage standards Coordinate with executive leadership and finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation models Maintain smooth office operations, including staffing, scheduling, and technology management Growth & Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals and support staff Represent the organization within the industry and local markets to elevate visibility and trust Support expansion into new territories through hiring, training, and launch support Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform growth strategies Qualifications
Proven experience managing people, systems, and performance metrics Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, transaction tools, and real estate compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits
