Primary Therapist Position
Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Therapist to work on the Inpatient program at our Doylestown, PA campus. This is an onsite position Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00p (one weekend/month required) offering full-time benefits and great pay! This position is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus! Therapist: Provides therapeutic services utilizing behavior based interventions to children and adolescents utilizing individual, family, and group modalities. Performs biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments that result in a broad picture of treatment needs, and aid in the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary treatment plan that results in positive outcomes for patients. Works collaboratively with youth and their families to effectively address positive behavior changes. Develops a discharge plan with the child and family that includes aftercare services in the community that can provide continued support to the child and family post-discharge. Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults, many of whom have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodiversities. Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Services field from accredited college or university. Completion of a supervised clinical experience, preferably as part of the degree program, comprising a minimum of 200 hours. Experience with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities preferred.
