In this role you'll make an impact by: Leading recovery optimization in lab and production scale Providing technical support for troubleshooting efforts and process improvement initiatives Identifying and capturing new opportunities for production process improvements Contributing to closing global gaps on focus products Ensuring projects are aligned with Global Optimization Network guidelines Leading and motivating project teams towards achieving ambitious yet achievable goals Supporting the professional development of peers through scientific guidance Planning and coordinating experimental work for small and large-scale trials Conducting experiments and evaluating data to ensure project expectations and deadlines are met Effectively communicating technical insights and project progress Recommending improvements in recovery pilot scale equipment and processes To succeed you must hold: Sr. Engineer: PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field and 3+ years related industrial recovery experience Engineer II: BS in Chemical Engineering or related field and 3+ year related industrial recovery experience Experience with implementing new processes resulting in improvements in process productivity and economy Ultra Filtration (UF), Centrifugation, Decanter, Evaporation experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and team working ability Demonstrated success with attention to detail, initiative, collaboration, time management, and sense of urgency Ability to travel domestically and internationally The job title for the selected colleague will be commensurate with their background and experience.
