Marketing Specialist
Essential Functions: Builds and delivers marketing emails and web pages via web development platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Digital Asset Manager, WordPress, Workfront, and Shopify. Evaluates business objectives to determine effective design approach. Designs and implements digital tagging strategies using website tag management tools. Assesses data to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, optimize marketing effectiveness, and enhance digital experience. Evaluates campaign goals to design, implement, and update digital marketing content and materials, including emails and landing pages, using AEM and custom HTML/CSS. Monitors and evaluates campaign performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to optimize digital user experience. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves AEM publish related issues. Identifies ineffective digital user experiences and investigates system behavior to determine root cause. Refines and optimizes user experience based on assessment of website performance metrics. Researches system capabilities to provide design guidance and feedback to align system capabilities with business objectives and ensure potential system functionalities are leveraged to deliver defined outcomes. Diagnoses and suggests toolkit capabilities with marketing teams, translating technical potential into marketing solutions. Supports business-side functionality of digital platform integrations, ensuring proper data flow and resolving analytics and integration issues. Collaborates with marketing teams to ensure digital work aligns with broader marketing campaigns and strategies, and web interfaces are effective for users and optimized for performance. Collaborates with UX/design teams on functionality and goals. Collaborates with IT team to design new capabilities and troubleshoot and support existing features. Communicates technical requirements and constraints with non-technical teams to facilitate informed decision-making. Determines and writes business requirements for new capabilities. Creates and maintains documentation and training materials for digital platforms. Develops, shares, and updates reports and dashboards. Provides strategic solutions based on reporting data to inform business decisions. Stays updated with the latest digital trends, continuously bringing ideas on improvement or new features. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require, at the direction of management. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience in digital marketing or digital operations, with a strong focus on utilizing digital platforms, specifically content management, analytics, and email delivery for business goals. Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise-level Content Management System (CMS) as a business user. Minimum one (1) year of experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or another analytics platform for campaign performance monitoring and data interpretation. Experience with systems integration (e.g., Shopify, PEGA) from a user standpoint. Experience or proficiency with project management systems (e.g., Workfront) preferred. WordPress experience preferred. Experience with email marketing system (e.g., Campaign Monitor, Marketo, Mail Chimp) preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in optimizing digital experiences and leveraging digital tools preferred. Pay Range: $82,459.78 - $109,946.38/year
